I currently offer 2 shipping options for the US.
Calculated Rates to the US

Each shipment is packed with care and includes a handwritten note. YAY! Please double check the info on your order. I try to get orders out as fast as possible, typically within 3-5 business days. You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as the order ships.
I typically ship USPS Priority with tracking.
Once the package is in the hands of USPS I cannot control how long it takes for the package to arrive at your address. If an item is not delivered within the time frame given by USPS, I can typically place a claim after 14 days. Once the claim has been approved, we can refund your order.
Occasionally some items may be backordered or out of stock. You will be emailed should this be the case.
Order Cancellation
Orders may not be cancelled once placed.
Sales Tax
Orders billed to Georgia will be charged a 6% Georgia sales tax.
Damages
If an item arrives damaged, we can work out a refund, replacement or exchange. Please let us know RIGHT AWAY about the damage and be prepared to send pictures of the package and/or item. Sometimes your email ends up in our spam folder… while we try to check every so often please call us if you haven’t heard from us in a timely matter.
Local Pickup
If you are near the Woodstock area, select Local Pickup at MADE. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with pick up instructions. This typically takes 3-5 days. MADE is open Wed-Fri 3-8 and Sat-Sun 10-8.
Recycling
I try to recycle as much material as possible when shipping, so you could receive a re-appropriated box, bubble wrap, or other shipping material. Yay for the earth!
Returns
